This is a must for business customers. Also a must for lesiure customers! I wish there was a way to post a zero due amount on the express checkouts like Profit Manager did. This also will help out w/ the night auditors at every choice hotel property that is using choice advantage!
This is a wonderful feature for both staff and guests. Frequently, we have guests call and ask us to send a copy of their folio because they never got one. With PM, express checkouts would print with the audit so a guest, whether business or leisure, could take their reciopt and go. They didn't have to make it to the front desk for a copy if they were in a hurry, or try to plan a few extra minutes in the morning just to get their copy. EASY!
