There is a functionality to "Pay Multiple Invoices" for Direct Bill Accounts, however, it only works for payments made via check. Please add the option if a company pays via credit card. If a company pays by credit card and had multiple rooms rented, you have to post the credit card to each individual folio.
I have some accounts that have up to 40 invoices paid with a Visa Payment, I have to post each of these seperately, entering cc # on each one. This is very time consuming. Please inclued credit card payments to this option!!
Another great addition to this screen would be to show the Invoice Number as well as most companies ipay by Invoice Number and it is hard to post without cross referencing the invoice numbers first.
I would like to see a way to leave the screen where you apply the credit to each folio, and then return to it and pick up where you left off. We get many checks (and CCs) paying for 12+ people, and once I leave that screen, I cannot get back in to finish posting all of the credits. The system says I still have a credit amount, but will not let me continue applying it.
