If a reservation has already been made, have a button that allows you to add it to a group block. Right now, if someone makes a reservation and the guest fails to mention they are part of a group, you must cancel the original reservation and re-make it under the group block. It would be much easier if we had the option to be able to just add it to the group.
I agee on this topic. Too many times has someone made a reservation and after the guest is given their confirmation number, they mention that they are with a group. Very frustrating.
This is a very good idea, not only it is easy it's also time consuming, if you have other gst waiting with one click it allows you to attend to them faster. Hope to be using this feature soon
It happens a lot. People call and make a reservation and never tell us they are with a group until the reservatioin is made and you have given them the confirmation number.
The biggest issue here is the confirmation, I think. Yes, its a hassle to cancel and recreate a reservation, but when that guest walks in with the canceled conf #, it could be trouble! GREAT IDEA!!!
